ORDERING INFORMATION
Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, through our secured online website.  For your convenience all major credit cards are accepted. Phone orders are taken Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm - Saturdays 10:00 am to 2:00 pm Please call us at 954-BASKETS or 954-433-4520 to place your order.

NATIONWIDE SHIPPING
Orders received and payment verified Monday through Friday before 5:00 pm EST will be shipped via DHL Ground on the next business day. Air services including 2nd Day Air and Next Day are available for faster service, please call us for these shipping rates. The shipping cost also includes materials and special care handling. You can view a DHL time in transit map from the DHL Website. DHL does not guarantee time in transit of packages. We encourage early ordering to ensure delivery before mayor holidays.
Once your girt has been shipped, we will e-mail you the DHL tracking number so you know when your gift will reach its destination. Packages cannot be delivered to P.O. Boxes.

LOCAL HAND DELIVERY
We offer local delivery to Florida's Miami-Dade and Broward Counties. Baskets ordered by 4:00 pm EST are available for delivery on the next business day. If you need faster service please call 954-BASKETS or 954-433-4520 and we will do our best to accommodate you. We deliver baskets from Kendall to Pompano Beach. Monday through Saturday. For Palm Beach, Monroe and other counties in Florida we will ship DHL.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Because of the uniqueness of our baskets, we do not accept returns or offer exchanges after your basket has been shipped. Please review the contents for your basket at time of ordering.
To proceed with the return correctly, please, contact us via our contact information and explain the matters of your situation as well as to give us the tracking information on a returned package.
If you have received a damaged item, we will gladly send you a replacement of the same item. In the event that it is out of stock, you can pick out any other item of the same value.

OUT-OFF STOCK ITEMS
Even though we are proud to announce that we keep a great variety of products in stock, occasionally, substitutions may be necessary due to high demand for certain items.  However, quality and value will never be compromised. Substitutions will be of equal or greater value.  We are constantly upgrading our merchandise with new and exciting products, new colors and new packaging.  We reserve the right to substitute those items if they are found to be a better value or add to the design enhancement.

We back every order with 100% satisfaction.  We do our best to ensure you’ll be satisfied with every purchase.  If any item falls short of your expectations, please notify us immediately.  We will send you a prompt refund or replacement of that item or product (excluding original shipping and handling charges).

PAYMENT METHODS
We accept Money Orders and Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express). All credit card orders are subject to final verification and approval.
Each order will be security checked, verified and confirmed before shipment. It may take 1-5 working days, depending on the payment type and data provided. All the items will be shipped after the verification and approval process is complete. All orders will be shipped after the funds are received from buyer's financial institution.
You will be notified via email in regards to your approval and shipment.

PRE-PAYMENT POLICY
All orders must be prepaid. Credit Cards can only be used in the USA and Canada.
There will be no surcharge for your credit card purchase. Please, be sure to provide all of your information correctly, otherwise, it could lead to a delay or a cancellation.

CORPORATE ACCOUNTS
Corporate accounts are welcome after a completed credit application is submitted and verified by our accounting department. Verification takes between 1 to 4 weeks and you will be contacted if additional information is needed. Until verification process is completed, orders must be pre-paid.insert text
